Connecting to Your Machine Wirelessly Using WPS You can connect to your Brother ADS-1200 via Wi-Fi Protected Setup. This feature allows you to automatically set up your network settings by pressing a single button on the machine’s control panel menu. However, it is important to note that large objects and walls between the Brother ADS-1200 and your wireless access point/router may reduce the data transfer speed. Also, some wireless routers may only support the first WEP key.

Wireless Connection Using a Micro USB Cable You can also connect the ADS-1200 to your computer using a micro USB 3 cable. If you do not have a micro USB 3 cable, you can also connect the machine to your computer using a USB 2 interface cable. These cables are no more than 2 meters long.
